Rental Rates

Booking Deposit

A deposit of 25% of the total rental cost or minimum of £250.00/ $350.00 should be sent to the owner at time of booking or within 2 working days of the date of initial booking confirmation if paying by offline payments

Final Balance

The balance of the cost must be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to the check-in date. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the check-in date, then full payment must be made at the time of booking.

Security Deposit

A deposit of $350.00 or £250.00 is due at time of final payment.

Optional Extras

Barbecue rent

Rental of a gas barbecue can be available for an additional charge of $80.00 per week or minimum charge of $80.00.

Pool Heating

Pool heating is available and is recommended for the months of October through to April. Pool heating is an additional cost of $25.00 or £15.50 per night.

Cleaning Fee

An additional cleaning fee of $140.00 or £80.00 is required for a stay of less than 7 days. Guests may also opt to use the one time cleaning service during the duration of their stay.

Payments

If paying by Paypal, there is a 3% surcharge applied to the total cost. Paying by other means such as bank transfer or cheque do not normally include a surcharge.
